Christmas is loud in the morning and slow by mid-afternoon. These grids are built for the slow part — large enough to read in poor winter light, long enough to hold attention for a while, and printable in advance so they are ready before the day gets busy.

The gentler grid is the one to reach for if reading the page is the hard part; the tougher grid is for solvers who want a long hunt and find the standard size too quick.
